I supported the rollout of new UNOPS digital identity through editorial and online content, translating complex subject matter into accessible content for a range of audiences. The redesign of the external corporate website involved multiple stakeholders and clients. Alongside the digital communications team, I met with all the country offices and service teams within the organization. I also helped coordinate the third-party design consultants to ensure cohesive visual aesthetics across products.
